Can I bring my own items? Detergent, softeners, dryer sheets, hangers?

Feel free to bring your own items, and specify any requests you need us to do. For detergent & softeners, we recommend your first and last name on the chemicals so they can be returned along with your laundry. For hangers, we ask that you communicate this ahead of time to prepare the extra space. An extra charge may apply for hangers due to extra labor.

Delivery Pick-up/Drop-off

Flat-Rate: $2.00 per pound special of $1.89 per pound- contact for more information.
Subscription Bags: $75 per bag. Services flat-rate bags where you pay one price for whatever fits inside.
Pickup & Delivery Fee: Delivery fee within the 3 mile radius $15.
Suburban Drop-Off: $0.50 - $0.75 extra per pound past the 3 mile radius within Twin Falls. Plus $20 delivery fee.
Urban Drop-Off: $2.75 - $5.50 extra per pound plus $40 delivery fee. Cities that we service: Jerome, Eden, Kimberly, Filer. (Higher added prices due to distance)

Hidden Costs & Minimum Fees
Order Minimums: 10-to- 15-pound minimum order (1 full load) loads less than a basket have a delivery fee of $25 in the Twin Falls area only.
Bulky Items: Comforters, and heavy blankets are priced by size.
Same-Day Delivery: Requesting express or rush turnaround typically incurs a 20% - 50% to price. Contact for more information and availability.
Upgrades: Premium hypoallergenic detergents, fabric softeners, and hangers have a premium cost($0.50 per item or $2 to $5 flat for certain upgrade).

After Hours: Anytime before or after 10 AM- 8 PM is considered after hours. Small fee may apply for after-hours services. ONLY for in location Pick-up and Drop-off.
